I am a just girl on a journey of becoming her best self, so I can give my best self to those I lead, love and work with.
Who is Radhika Cruz?
I am a mom of two, wife to one, sister to five, daughter of two and friend to many. By nature, I am an avid reader, researcher, writer, learner and resourcer who LOVES to share how I am growing myself so others may also benefit from my journey.
I believe my purpose in life is to help others discover their God-given identity, gifts and purpose so they can develop understand how God has uniquely equipped them to fulfill their God-given mission.
The Problem
Unfortunately, many people remain in the dark as to how God has uniquely gifted and equipped them to do good things to impact others in great ways. And because they are in the dark, they aren’t able to act on their divine greatness and impact the world the way God intends.
How do I know this? Because this was MY story. I was unaware of my divine design for so long and even when I became aware, I doubted my significance and questioned the impact I could make.
The lies I believed
I was so stuck on questioning “Am I good enough, talented enough, gifted enough, smart enough, or equipped enough,” that I failed to lead my life strong. I drifted through life without a plan. Without a vision. Without direction. And without a clear purpose. Truth be told, I wasn’t thriving in my life. I was just surviving.
Because I believed SO many lies for so long concerning who I thought I was NOT (e.g., “I’m not good enough”)—I stayed stuck in doubt, doubting God could use ‘little ole, insignificant, incapable and inadequate me’ to do BIG things that would change the world in great ways. I had no idea how much this personal narrative was destroying my sense of self, power, joy, peace and purpose in life.
Shifting my mindset
For decades, my personal narrative caused me to live life small. Stay silent and abandon my God-given dreams. Until now!
- I now refuse to listen to and agree with the voice of the one (Satan) who wants to steal, kill and destroy my God-given purpose, power and influence.
- I now refuse to shrink back in doubt, questioning the value and significance of my God-given gifts, personality and greatness.
- I now refuse to stand by and let others question their God-given greatness or quit in the pursuit of their God-given dreams and purpose.
- I now choose to show up and speak up concerning the truth of our:
- God-given purpose
- God-given power
- God-given gifts
- God-given significance
My purpose for this blog
Through my blog, I am taking a stand against every lie that causes me (and maybe you) to doubt or question the divine greatness and divine power given to us to change the world. I am now rising up and speaking up to help others discover their God-given identity, purpose, power and value so they can live, love and lead with confidence.
