The Power of a Microstep Mindset.

I used to think I had to have structured exercise every day in order to be fit or feel my best. And although I believe scheduling exercise into my day is important, I’ve discovered that a small step (or microstep) of simply increasing my movement every day led to the biggest gains in my well-being.

Start Small

Before I committed to exercising every day, I told myself, “Radhika just start small. Just get off the couch and MOVE!” And each day I moved more. 🏃🏽‍♀️💃🏽

But Movement doesn’t always have to been scheduled/structured exercise or going to the gym. It can mean walking in place while watching TV. It can mean dancing for just 5 minutes a day. It can mean walking for some OR all of your lunch break👀💡 the key is, YOU DECIDE on what small step YOU want to take to move more.

A Movement Mindset

For me, it started with having a MOVEMENT mindset.I want to encourage you to incorporate more movement into your day too because small steps (micro steps) can lead to BIG breakthroughs in your life. Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. I know It did for me.🙋🏽‍♀️ A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

What’s one microstep👣 you will commit to taking each day so you can increase your well-being?

Investing in Yourself.

I hope you’ll take that first step and prioritize your wellness because we need you at your best so you can give your best to those you love, lead, work with and serve.

Investing in yourself, your health isn’t selfish. It’s SERVICE because when your cup is full, you can in turn fill the cup of others. That’s SERVICE.

Here’s to us making those BOSS MOVES through increased MOVEMENT🏃🏽‍♀️💪🏽💕 let’s seize each day and make our moves count!
